ZEiTECS’ corporate office is based in Houston, Texas. Its officers have substantial international experience in the oil and gas sector, specifically in Artificial Lift technology.

Greg Schneider, President & CEO

Joined ZEiTECS in 2008 after 19 years with Baker Hughes Inc. Whilst at BHI he held positions as VP Business Development for North America, VP of Europe, Africa, Russia Caspian for the Centrilift Division as well as Regional Manager Europe/Africa, Regional Manager Western Latin America. He has held numerous positions in Operations and Finance in the Mid-Continent and Rocky Mountain Regions of the U.S. He has worked throughout the world and lived in South America, the UK and the US. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University.

Neil Griffiths, Vice President & CTO

Joined ZEiTECS in 2007 after 26 years working in Shell International E&P. His last position in Shell was the Principal Technical Expert Artificial Lift (ESPs) & Artificial Lift Global Delivery Team Leader. His experience covers production technology, production forecasting, IT development, petroleum engineering and operations. He has worked internationally in locations such as Europe, the Middle East, Russia and the USA. He graduated with a BSc Hons from the University of Bristol.

Ryan Goepel, Vice President & CFO

Joined ZEiTECS in 2010 with 13 years of finance experience. Most recently he was the Head of Finance and Controller for Kellogg Brown and Root’s $2.5B Services Business Unit. Prior to his role at KBR he spent time at Nabors and Halliburton in roles ranging from Investor relations to Strategic Marketing Manager based in Moscow responsible for the Russian and Caspian Markets. In addition to his 7 years in Energy, he played a key leadership role in the Burger King IPO in 2006. He is a Certified Managerial Accountant and has his MBA from Texas A&M University.

Eugene Bespalov, Vice President Engineering & Product Development

Joined ZEiTECS in 2011 after 17 years with Baker Hughes Inc. Whilst at BHI he gained extensive experience in Applications, Sales & Marketing, Engineering and Operations with a primary focus on ESP technology applications, including offshore and subsea, total ESP system design, ESP reliability and integrated project management. He has worked throughout the world and lived in Russia, France, the United Kingdom and United States. He holds an engineering degree with Honors in Reservoir & Production Engineering from the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil & Gas and an MBA from the Open University (UK).
